The Building

Parker Tower is a single tower of 276 condominium homes built in 1979. Recently Parker Tower is going through a significant 40-year recertification process. This has included replacing every balcony, all windows and patio doors, and numerous other projects. We also rebuilt our lobby and security desk, to be one of the nicest and modern that you will see in South Florida.
